Refund and Returns Policy

At FarmaFoods, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Return Policy (2-Day Window)

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process any return requests.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition,

  • Be unused,

  • Be in its original packaging,

  • Include the invoice at the time of return pickup.

Products that are used or not in original condition will not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only under the following circumstances:

  1. Received a damaged or incorrect product

  2. Product seal is broken at the time of delivery

  3. Product delivered in an expired condition

  4. Note: Items purchased during sale periods or belonging to the gifting category are not eligible for return or refund.

If your request meets the criteria, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address. You will be notified about the expected pickup date.


3. Exchange Process

Once the returned item is picked up and verified:

  • Your replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 business days.


4. Delivery-Related Issues

If you notice any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered. After 48 hours, we may not be able to assist with delivery discrepancies.


5. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only if the product has not been shipped yet.

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund.

FarmaFoods reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as:

  • Stock unavailability,

  • Pricing or product information errors,

  • Issues with customer details (personal or payment-related).


6. Refund Policy

Important: Video Proof Required

To help us process refunds smoothly, please record a full unboxing video of the parcel upon delivery, clearly showing:

  • The package condition

  • The shipping label

  • The product inside

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. The product will be picked up from your address in its original packaging.

  2. Once it reaches our warehouse, our quality team will inspect its condition.

  3. Based on the inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Note:

  • Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
